I love this recipe, so simple and healthy! I usually make this for breakfast time when I need something on the go for an energy boost. Chia seeds are very rich in fiber, when combined with water or any liquid substance they swell up causing them to "gel". It is because of this the recipe really works, creating a thick and pudding-like consistency.
All you need is:
-1 cup of Coconut Milk (I like Trader Joe's brand in Vanilla)
-3 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
Blend together Coconut Milk and Banana for about a minute. Pour into a bowl and add chia seeds. Mix, then set in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. I like to make this the night before and let it sit overnight. SO YUMMY!!!
This gorgeous line of products, aptly called "Ether", which in astrological terms means the "heavens" or the space beyond the earth's atmosphere. Ether is also considered in ancient and medival civilizations to "fill all space above the sphere of the moon and to compose the stars and the planets".
This all natural hair powder contains organic, oil-absorbing ingredients such as cornstarch, arrowroot powder and kaolin clay to keep hair refreshed and voluminous while lightly scented with our signature scent Ether. Suitable for all hair colors and textures.
Being a native California girl, going to the beach is a childhood past time for me. Every time I visit the ocean, Im brought back to many memories of spending a day of fun in the sun with my family.
As time goes on in the crazy world we live in, the beaches and oceans have become more and more polluted with trash, carbon waste and many other things creating a biohazard wasteland. It is heartbreaking to think that our health and the health of the oceans sea creatures has become in danger due to human carelessness and irresponsibility.
